These terms govern use of the DulyReady Arkansas pilot and any paid founding membership, operated by DulyReady LLC (“DulyReady,” “we,” or “us”). By using the site, submitting a reservation, or completing checkout, you agree to these terms.

Informational guidance only

DulyReady provides general educational information and starting checklists. It is not a law firm, accounting firm, government agency, registered agent, or professional licensing authority. Nothing on the site is legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or professional advice. Requirements vary by location, activities, structure, revenue, employees, and other facts. You are responsible for confirming every requirement with the responsible government agency or a qualified professional.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, scrape the service at scale, or use the service to violate law or another person’s rights.

Founding reservations

A founding reservation expresses interest only. It is not a purchase, subscription, guaranteed account, or promise of a launch date. No payment card is collected and no charge occurs unless you continue to and complete Stripe checkout.

Founding membership billing

The Founding Annual membership costs $79 USD per year for one business profile. It renews automatically each year using the payment method on file until canceled. The $79 annual rate remains locked while the subscription stays continuously active. If a subscription is canceled or lapses, a later membership may be offered at the then-current price. Applicable taxes may be added where DulyReady is registered and required to collect them.

You may cancel before renewal through the Stripe-hosted customer portal or by contacting DulyReady. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated. Except where required by law or expressly agreed by DulyReady, partial billing periods are not refundable. Completing checkout authorizes Stripe and DulyReady to store the selected payment method for recurring charges.

Accuracy and third-party links

We work to link to official sources and present information clearly, but rules, forms, fees, deadlines, and websites can change without notice. Third-party websites are controlled by their owners. DulyReady is not responsible for their content, availability, decisions, or transactions.

Intellectual property

The DulyReady name, design, matching logic, copy, and original site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Government forms, agency materials, and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimers and limitation

The pilot is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, DulyReady will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for fines, missed deadlines, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from reliance on the pilot.

Changes and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue pilot features and may update these terms. Continued use after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance. We may restrict access for misuse or security risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law applies.
