Privacy Policy

This policy explains how DulyReady LLC (“DulyReady,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information through the DulyReady Arkansas pilot. The pilot is designed to collect only what is needed to operate reservations, answer messages, and improve the service.

Information we collect

When you reserve or purchase founding access, we collect your name, email address, business name, business type, selected plan, consent, reservation status, and transaction identifiers. During member onboarding, we also collect the business stage, legal structure, staffing range, city, county, business-activity description, selected operating details, and plan-completion status needed to create and save your member plan. Stripe collects and processes your payment and billing details under its own privacy terms. DulyReady does not receive or store your full payment-card number. When you contact us, we collect the information and message you submit. The free compliance checker runs without an account and does not save its answers to our database.

Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time, and security logs to deliver and protect the site.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use DulyReady. Google Analytics may process device and browser information, approximate location, page visits, referral information, and site interactions. We do not send names, email addresses, business names, or checklist answers to Google Analytics.

How we use information

We use information to manage memberships, personalize and save member plans, track completed plan items, create requested calendar files, respond to requests, send requested account information, operate and secure the service, prevent abuse, measure which pages and tools are useful, and understand what to build next. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and service providers

We may share limited information with hosting, database, analytics, email, payment, security, and professional-service providers that help operate DulyReady. Google provides website analytics. Stripe processes checkout, recurring billing, invoices, receipts, and subscription-management activity. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the public, or the service.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the pilot, customer relationship, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Member plans use a long private access link; we store a one-way hash of its access token rather than the token itself. Keep that link confidential because anyone who has it can open the saved plan. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the limited information collected, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking information, payment-card data, government identification, or confidential documents through pilot forms.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted. You may also withdraw from founding communications and control analytics storage through your browser settings. Submit the request through our contact form using the “Privacy or deletion request” topic.

Children

DulyReady is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product and providers change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
